Job summary

360Learning is seeking a senior leader to own the internal AI operating model for GTM, partnering with data, enablement, and security teams to define a scalable stack and ROI-driven roadmap.

You will own vendor evaluations, drive adoption of AI-enabled GTM capabilities, and coach senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing automation, and CS tooling. This role demands strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across GTM systems and AI workflow products.
• Turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable tooling.
• Fluency in modern GTM systems: Salesforce and related tools.
• Experience building AI agents and skills on top of LLMs.
• Define KPIs, run experiments, and prioritize based on data.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal AI operating model for GTM with ROI metrics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Data, Enablement, Security, Finance.
• Design the long-term GTM stack — CRM, marketing automation, CS tooling.
• Prioritize solutions by cost, feasibility and impact on revenue.
• Manage vendor evaluations end to end, including renewals.
• Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities.
