Job summary

Klaviyos seeks a Senior GTM Architect to own the architecture of our marketing, sales and customer success systems. You will translate GTM strategy into data models, integrations and agentic workflows, and stay hands-on to build meaningful parts of the solution yourself, including Apex, LWC and Salesforce integrations.

You will present decisions to senior GTM leadership, drive AI transformation, and mentor engineers to raise engineering standards across the org.

Qualifications

• Experience designing multi-system GTM architectures spanning marketing, sales and CX.
• Hands-on ability to build parts of the solution (Salesforce, Apex, LWC, integrations).
• Deep understanding of AI-native workflows and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM systems architecture across Salesforce, marketing automation, data enrichment and CS/support.
• Ship AI agents into production and redesign GTM processes around AI.
• Present architecture decisions and AI strategy to senior leadership.
• Mentor engineers on system design and AI workflows.
