Job summary

Databook, a leading AI-guided selling platform, seeks a Senior GTM & Strategy lead to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and partner with sales leaders to accelerate growth. You will onboard customers, enable solutions, and drive retention, adoption, and renewal rates while expanding relationships.

You will shepherd seamless post-sales delivery, coordinate with AI-enabled workflows, and lead quarterly business reviews with executives to maximize customer value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy and operations, incl. top-tier firms or GTM programs.
• Experience leading GTM and commercial excellence initiatives.
• Regular engagement with C-level executives and boards.
• Deep RevOps and technology expertise across CRM, ABM and analytics.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales SaaS and AI-driven revenue tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-driven pre-sales engagements with outcome-focused demos.
• Retain and grow accounts by delivering tailored business solutions.
• Oversee post-sales delivery, go-live readiness, QA and UAT.
• Drive onboarding and enablement for new customers.
• Shape AI GTM product innovation with product and engineering teams.
• Execute multi-year strategic account plans and renewal strategies.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage executive relationships.
