Job summary

360Learning is seeking an experienced leader to own the internal AI operating model for GTM, partnering with data, enablement and engineering to turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable tooling across Salesforce, marketing automation and CS tech. You will drive adoption and set high standards for documentation and deployment.

The role requires fluency in English, strong executive communication, and a track record of shipping AI-driven solutions that impact pipeline, efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years across GTM systems, agentic/AI workflow products, revenue technology, enterprise SaaS — or adjacent paths
• Translate ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable tooling across the revenue engine
• Fluency in modern GTM systems: Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution, lead-to-quote, billing or customer lifecycle tools; Salesforce fluency is a strong plus
• Experience with AI tooling: agents, plugins or skills on top of LLMs, connectors to business systems, and evaluative metrics for agent performance
• Define KPIs, run experiments, and use data to prioritise investments and measure impact on pipeline, conversion, efficiency and revenue
• Drive strategic alignment and executive communication, and lead adoption of new capabilities
• Thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving environments; set and maintain high documentation/testing/deployment standards
• Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
• Enthusiasm for Convexity360L environment and culture

Responsibilities

• Own the internal AI operating model for GTM — catalog of skills, agent evals, cost and ROI; partner with Data and Enablement
• Lead customer zero AI efforts; patterning successful solutions for broader adoption
• Design the GTM stack long-term; decide what to build vs. buy (CRM, marketing automation, CS tooling)
• Identify best solutions for each business problem and size cost/feasibility
• Coach five senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, CS systems and web ops; set standards for docs, tests and deployment
• Manage end-to-end vendor evaluations and renewals
• Collaborate with leaders across Data, Enablement, Security, Finance and commercial functions
• Drive adoption and change management for GTM capabilities across distributed teams
• Within 1-3-6-12 month milestones: align objectives, complete cross-functional changes, ship AI agents with measurable outcomes, and establish a 12-18 month roadmap
