Job summary

360Learning seeks a senior product and AI operations leader to own the GTM AI operating model, partnering with data, enablement, and engineering to turn business problems into scalable AI-enabled systems. You will define the target state for the GTM stack, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption across functions.

In this role you will lead five senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, CS systems and web ops, set rigorous documentation/testing standards, and shape the 12–18 month AI

Qualifications

5+ years across GTM systems or AI-enabled revenue tooling.
Turn ambiguous problems into scalable, measurable tooling.
Fluent English (US/UK) and strong executive communication.

Responsibilities

Own the internal AI operating model for GTM, including ROI and adoption.
Lead a cross-functional team of five senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, CS systems, and web ops.
Own long-term GTM stack design and decide what to build vs buy.
Run vendor evaluations end to end and manage renewals.
Drive adoption of new GTM capabilities across distributed teams.
Partner with Data, Enablement, Security, Finance and commercial functions.
