Job summary

Level AI is seeking a builder and leader in RevOps who will design and ship the core GTM systems. You’ll work across Salesforce, Gong, and Claude to create forecasts, routing logic, deal-desk rules, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows.

You’ll influence an experienced sales organization and drive data hygiene and adoption of new tooling. The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, not just strategy, with a bias toward rapid iteration and clear, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales strategy at high-growth B2B SaaS/AI.
• Hands-on builder who has built forecasts, routing logic, deal-desk rules, dashboards, or GTM automations.
• Deep, working fluency in Salesforce and Gong; strong analytical and systems-design instincts.
• Bias toward shipping: scope tightly, deliver, and close the loop.
• Comfort building with AI tooling (Claude, agents, LLM-driven workflows) as a core part of the stack.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional GTM projects end to end (pricing changes, launches, new-segment entry) with named owners and a clear definition of done.
• Partner with Marketing to keep one pipeline definition and one source of truth — no parallel systems, no competing data.
• Build the forecast and deal-desk rules, dashboards, and routing logic in Salesforce; maintain data hygiene and trustworthiness.
• Architect GTM signals, data flows, and AI-enabled insights to support BDRs and AEs.
