Job summary

Iterable is seeking a Director of GTM AI Enablement to own the strategy, design, and evolution of how our GTM team learns, ramps, and sells. You will lead AI-powered enablement programs that accelerate field ramp time and raise business acumen across every customer-facing function while building the content and systems that reduce friction in the sales process.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue enablement, sales training, or GTM strategy with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build and lead enablement or content teams.
• Experience reducing ramp time and improving quota attainment.
• Experience building or deploying AI/ML-enabled enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered, just-in-time enablement content and tools.
• Own end-to-end onboarding, ramp calendars, and certification criteria for the sales team.
• Lead GTM-wide learning tracks with business-objective alignment and measurable outcomes.
• Produce battle cards, playbooks, scripts, and training programs to reduce deal friction.
• Define and manage enablement metrics and report to GTM leadership.
