Salesforce seeks a Senior Director of GTM Enablement to lead an AI-driven revenue enablement function in SF. You will shape workflows, launch readiness, and field capabilities across Sales, Solutions, Partnerships, and Customer Success.

You will drive organizational change, design scalable operating models, and embed AI across the revenue lifecycle, partnering with Product, RevOps, and Engineering to accelerate GTM execution.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of experience, with 5+ years leading enablement teams at a technology company.
• Experience building or evolving enablement, GTM operations, or revenue systems in high-velocity SaaS/AI-native environments.
• Mastery of strategic revenue systems: complex workflows, rapid product launches, next-gen GTM execution.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools across the revenue lifecycle.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, PMM, Sales and RevOps.
• Ability to blend systems thinking with fast execution and lead organizational change.
• Candidates from GTM strategy/operations or product-led GTM are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Build a next-gen enablement function for an AI-native company to improve execution and outcomes.
• Design scalable operating models aligned with fast product and GTM cycles.
• Identify high-impact opportunities in sales workflows, onboarding, coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Product, and Engineering to deploy AI-native tools and drive adoption.
• Integrate launch cycles, positioning, competitive intel, and field readiness for agile pivots.
• Lead change management and advise executives on long-term revenue strategy.
