Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED, and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interaction with customers, positive attitude, and ability to lead by example.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Good math skills and attention to detail in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service by directing cashiers and providing support.
• Schedule and oversee breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions.
