Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced cashiers team and ensure exemplary customer service at the front end. You will supervise operations, assist customers, and help with hiring and training while maintaining store standards and safety.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training. Flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training preferred.
• Must lift/carry up to 30 lbs and push/pull equipment as part of the job.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in front-end areas and restrooms.
• Monitor cash register supplies and assist with scheduling meal or rest breaks.
• Participate in hiring and training of new cashiers and address disciplinary actions.
