Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will mentor Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks, supervise register operations, and maintain a friendly, efficient checkout environment.

Requirements include 1–2 years cashiering with leadership training, 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, and flexible availability (nights, weekends and holidays).

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly, positive attitude and a role model for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by supporting cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Supervise register operations and assist at the front end.
• Oversee breaks and meal scheduling per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions as needed.
