Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years cashiering experience with leadership training preferred.
• Must be dependable with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with assistance issues at the register when needed.
• Schedule and oversee proper breaks in compliance with company policy and state requirements.
• Hire and train new Cashiers and address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain security and loss prevention by monitoring exit doors and ensuring cleanliness.
