This hands-on operator will work shifts, coach the team, and own people, product, and profit, ensuring food safety, brand standards, and consistent performance during every rush.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Demonstrated track record running shifts and working stations, not only supervising.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including make line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor and drive speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling and security procedures.
