Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. The GM will be a player-coach on line, register, and drive-thru during rushes, setting the pace and leading by example.

You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls while being visibly active on the floor, not in the back office. This role requires a hands-on operator who builds culture through direct presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with emphasis on food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Personally work shifts alongside the team (make line, register, drive-thru) during rushes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor labor and food costs, inventory, and security procedures.
• Drive speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time, on the floor.
• Coach and develop team members; schedule to balance demand with labor goals.
