Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This hands-on operator works line, register, and drive-thru during rushes, setting the pace by working alongside the team.

You will own people, product, and profit within four walls, training coaches, managing labor, costs, and guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes (line, register, drive-thru).
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor and drive speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling and security procedures.
