Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This role requires a player-coach approach, working alongside the team during every rush to set the pace and maintain high standards.

You will personally operate shifts, supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume, fast-paced concepts.
• Ability to lead from the floor, work stations, and on the line during rushes.
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching, scheduling, and performance development.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team (line, register, drive-thru) during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations; ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time; manage inventory and cash controls.
