Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk, in a high-volume fast-casual setting.

You will own people, product, and profit, working alongside your team during every rush to set the pace and ensure excellence in service and quality. This role emphasizes on-floor leadership, development of staff, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience required—high-volume, fast-paced concepts preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of personally running shifts and working stations.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including make line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time, on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Develop future leaders through mentoring and on-floor leadership.

Education

High School Diploma or GED
