Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor—hands-on, on line, on register, and on the drive-thru during every rush. You will own people, products, and profits, and you will do it alongside your team, not from a back office.

The role requires high-energy leadership, accountability, and a proven track record in high-volume concepts; you will be on-site, driving speed, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience—high-volume, fast-paced concepts strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of personally running shifts and working stations, not solely supervising from the office.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations, including line, register, and drive-thru during peak periods.
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L considerations with a hands-on approach.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders on live shifts.
