Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk, and who is physically present during every rush. You will own people, products and profits, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team to set the pace and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Think owner-style GM energy with relentless floor presence, high tempo, and a personal hand in every rush. You will drive operations, people leadership, and financials while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience.
• High-volume, fast-paced concepts preferred (QSR, diner-style, breakfast/all-day-service).
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations, working shifts alongside the team during rushes.
• Direct food quality, guest service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Implement policies, procedures, systems and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed and customer satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling and security procedures.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Develop schedules, conduct evaluations and coaching.
