Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor—on the line, on register, and on the floor during every rush. You will own people, products, and profits while working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team.

The role requires proven hands-on management in high-volume environments, strong focus on speed, service, and guest satisfaction, and ability to drive labor and food-cost metrics while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume, fast-paced concepts.
• Track record of personally running shifts and working stations, not just supervising from the office.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute all company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor and drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time, on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
