Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk, and actively works line, register, and drive-thru during peak periods. You will own people, products, and profits, driving pace and consistency by being visibly present on the shift.

You will manage operations, people, and costs with a hands-on approach, coaching the team, optimizing labor, and ensuring quality and service aligned to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts (QSR, fast-casual)
• Proven ability to manage labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics
• Demonstrated track record of coaching and developing teams on the floor

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team on-line, at the register, or on drive-thru during peak periods
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
• Develop future leaders through hands-on mentoring and succession planning
• Review and analyze P&L and drive sales through operational excellence
