Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, working alongside the team during every rush to set the pace and ensure top performance. You will own people, product, and profit, delivering high-quality food and customer experience with relentless floor presence.

The role requires a hands-on operator who can recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage labor and costs, and drive sales through operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, coach and develop team members.
• Proven track record of managing labor, food cost, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Personally work shifts on the floor during peak periods to model pace and leadership.
• Execute company policies and operational initiatives, maintain food safety standards.
• Monitor speed of service and customer satisfaction in real time on the floor.
• Develop schedules, conduct evaluations, coaching and succession planning.
