Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a high-energy, hands-on Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor during every rush. The role requires working line, register, and drive-thru shifts daily to set the pace and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will lead operations, ensure food quality and service, manage labor and costs, and develop future leaders through coaching on the floor. This is a hands-on operator role built for ownership energy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience required — high-volume, fast-paced concepts strongly preferred.
• Track record of personally running shifts and working stations, not solely supervising from the office.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
