Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, actively on line, on register, and on the floor during every rush. You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls, setting the pace by working alongside the team and not from an office.

This hands-on role requires a high-energy, accountable leader who builds culture by being present and driving operational excellence across all shifts. Equal opportunity employer, based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership experience in fast-paced restaurants.
• Proven ability to lead shifts and work stations during rushes.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team on line, in register, and drive-thru during peak periods.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, and systems.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Build schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
