Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, working alongside the team during every rush to set the pace and ensure exceptional guest service. This hand-on operator role requires steady leadership, speed, and accountability in a high-volume environment.

The GM will oversee all aspects of floor operations, from making line items to registration, with a focus on food quality, safety, and brand standards while coaching and developing team members for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience preferred in high-volume fast-paced concepts.
• Ability to lead from the floor during rush periods and coach team members.
• Strong problem solving and decision making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts alongside the team on line, in drive-thru, and at the register during peak times.
• Lead restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls while driving sales and guest satisfaction.
