Ayvaz Pizza LLC seeks a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not the office, and works alongside the team during every rush. You will own people, product, and profit, ensuring food quality, service, and brand standards while modeling a hands-on operator approach.

You must be a visible, high-energy leader with proven high-volume restaurant experience, capable of turning chaos into organization and mentoring future leaders on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience required — high-volume, fast-paced concepts strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of personally running shifts and working stations, not solely supervising from the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations, including make line, register, and drive-thru during peak periods.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and operational metrics.
• Drive sales growth through operational excellence, speed, and guest satisfaction shift by shift.
