Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is hiring a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor and operates alongside the team during every rush. This hands-on role requires a player-coach mindset to set pace and maintain high standards on line, in the oven, and at the register.

The GM will lead operations, ensure food quality and customer service, and drive sales growth through operational excellence while building a strong culture on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts preferred.
• Ability to lead from the floor during peak periods and coach in real time.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including line, oven, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction on the floor shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
