Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk, in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting. You will be on the line, on register, and on the floor during every rush, setting the pace alongside the team.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, the ability to manage labor and costs, and a track record of running shifts with accountability. Ayvaz offers competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not solely supervising.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes, including line, register, and drive-thru.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and restaurant security procedures.
