Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience strongly preferred in high-volume, fast-paced concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with a hands-on, floor-first approach.
• Ensure food quality, customer service, cleanliness and brand standards are maintained.
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics to drive performance.
