Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. You will be a player-coach on line, at the register, and on the floor during every rush, setting the pace by working alongside the team.

You will own people, products, and profits inside your four walls, while standing beside your crew rather than behind a back office. This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role with strong emphasis on floor presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience is required, especially in high-volume, fast-paced concepts.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts on the floor alongside the team — bake, serve, ring up, and drive-thru during peak periods.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies and systems; maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed of service and customer satisfaction in real time on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders through hands-on coaching.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and corrective actions.
