Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk, to drive fast-paced, high-volume service. You will work shifts alongside the team at line, oven, register, and drive-thru during rushes, set the pace, and develop the crew through hands-on coaching.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, food safety, guest satisfaction, and real-time decision making with a focus on culture and accountability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume settings.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including make line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring food quality and service.
• Execute company policies, procedures, and systems.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security.
