Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This player-coach role requires being on the line, at the register, and on the drive-thru during every rush, setting the pace with the team.

You will lead operations, ensure food quality, service excellence, and brand standards while developing a strong, capable team in a fast-paced environment. This position requires working in the United States and offers opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising from the office.
• Ability to manage labor, inventory, food cost, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts alongside the team at line, oven, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction on the floor, shift by shift.
