Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This hands-on operator will work line, oven, register, and drive-thru during every rush, setting tempo and coaching the team in real time.

You’ll manage all restaurant operations, uphold food safety, customer service, and brand standards while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This role rewards performance with salary and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure quality and service.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor speed of service and guest satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
