Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, acts as a player-coach, and is present on line, register, and floor during every rush. This role embodies on-site leadership to drive speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction while modeling the restaurant’s high tempo and standards.

The successful candidate will manage shifts hands-on, oversee food quality, service, and safety, and coach the team to deliver consistent performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in fast-paced concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising from the office.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, and initiatives while maintaining food safety and sanitation.
