Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who actively leads from the floor during every rush, overseeing people, product, and profit. You will work alongside the team at line, register, and drive-thru, ensuring speed, accuracy, and great guest experiences.

This role requires a hands-on operator who can coach, build schedules, and drive financial results while maintaining brand standards and food safety in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts (QSR, fast casual).
• Experience running shifts, managing labor, inventory, and costs; leading teams on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations including food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders through hands-on coaching.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and other controllable expenses to drive profitability.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed of service and customer satisfaction on the floor, shift by shift.
