Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group seeks a hands‑on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. The role requires a field‑oriented leader who solves problems and partners with Operations to ensure safe, efficient restaurant operations.

You will manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment, and coordinate internal vs. external repairs. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi‑unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands‑on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the tri‑state area (OH, PA, WV), generally within a two‑hour driving radius, with the majority of work concentrated in the Pittsburgh area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands‑on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing systems.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally versus through approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
