Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. This role requires a proactive, technically skilled leader who enjoys fieldwork and partnering with Operations to keep restaurants safe and efficient.

You will manage preventative maintenance, diagnose HVAC and refrigeration issues, coordinate repairs with vendors, and track work orders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the tri-state area, primarily in Pittsburgh area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment; basic electrical/plumbing.
• Determine when repairs should be performed in-house vs. via approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
