Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience in multi-unit settings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Hands-on diagnostic and repair abilities.
• Willingness to travel across tri-state area (OH, PA, WV)

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants in the market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Determine when repairs are done in-house vs. via approved vendors.
• Manage work orders using Corrigo or a similar system.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Support restaurant performance with General Managers and Area Leaders.
• Assist with remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
