Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi‑unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands‑on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the tri‑state area (OH, PA, WV), majority in Pittsburgh area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Virginia Beach market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands‑on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally versus through approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
