Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group seeks a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. This role requires a strong technician or facilities leader who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, and partnering with Operations to ensure efficient and safe restaurant operations.

You will lead preventative maintenance, manage HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment, and work closely with General Managers and Area Leaders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the tri-state area (OH, PA, WV) within two hours,
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing.
• Determine whether repairs should be done in-house or via approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo or a similar system.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
