Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience; multi-unit dining experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel the tri-state area (OH, PA, WV) with most work in the Pittsburgh area.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally versus through vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo or a similar system.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
