Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. This role requires a technical leader who thrives in the field, troubleshoots issues, and partners with Operations to ensure safe, efficient restaurant performance across the tri-state area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, maintenance, or technical roles.
• Strong HVAC and refrigeration knowledge.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across tri-state area.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics for HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally versus through approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
