Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. This role requires a technician-friendly leader who enjoys field work, solving problems, and partnering with Operations to ensure safe, efficient restaurant operations.

You will manage preventative maintenance, diagnose HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment, coordinate vendors, and track work orders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the tri-state area (OH, PA, WV).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants in the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally vs. via vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
