Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group seeks a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. This role requires a strong technician or facilities leader who enjoys field work and partnering with Operations to ensure safe, efficient restaurant operations.

You will manage maintenance programs, diagnose HVAC and refrigeration issues, and coordinate with vendors to keep kitchens running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi‑unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands‑on repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands‑on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing.
• Determine when repairs should be completed internally versus through approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
