Job summary

Plum Inc. is seeking an experienced Campaign Operations Manager for a temporary role with potential to become full-time. You will own campaign execution inside Instantly and SmartReach, loading data, validating lists, and monitoring deliverability to ensure campaigns launch successfully.

Candidate should have hands-on experience with Instantly and SmartReach, strong Excel/CSV skills, and a keen eye for QA. The role focuses on operations, data hygiene, and timely, accurate campaign delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing outbound email campaigns.
• Direct experience with Instantly and SmartReach required.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, domain reputation, and sender health.
• Experience managing multiple sending accounts and inboxes.
• Experience importing and managing large prospect lists.
• Strong Excel/CSV skills including filtering, validation, and deduplication.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform and account configuration issues independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and QA habits.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, campaigns, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, launch, and manage campaigns in Instantly and SmartReach.
• Manage multiple campaigns, sending accounts, inboxes, and sequences.
• Upload, map, validate, and QA contact lists prior to launch.
• Configure sending schedules, limits, inbox rotation, and routing.
• Ensure campaigns target appropriate audiences and maintain timelines.
• Conduct pre-launch QA for audience, exclusions, and settings.
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure launches stay on track.
• Monitor campaigns daily for delivery, responses, and performance.
• Provide accurate status and KPI reporting to Account Managers.
• Surface risks, delays, and blockers; document changes and resolutions.
