Plum is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager for a temporary role with potential to become permanent. You will own campaign setup, execution, and deliverability across Instantly and SmartReach, ensuring accurate data loading, QA, and timely launches.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Data Science and Account Management to maintain data hygiene. You must be hands-on with outbound campaigns, comfortable working in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace environments,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing outbound email campaigns.
• Direct experience with Instantly and SmartReach required.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation, inbox warm-up, sending limits and bounce management.
• Experience importing and managing large prospect lists.
• Ability to troubleshoot campaign-platform and email-account configuration issues independently.

Responsabilités

• Build, configure, launch, and manage customer campaigns in Instantly and SmartReach.
• Manage multiple campaigns, sending accounts, inboxes, and sequences.
• Upload, map, validate, and QA prospect lists before campaigns go live.
• Configure sending schedules, daily limits, inbox rotation, and routing rules.
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely launches.
