Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with outbound email campaigns.
• Direct experience with Instantly and SmartReach required.
• Strong Excel/CSV skills for data handling.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform issues independently.
• Excellent QA habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up campaigns in Instantly and SmartReach.
• Manage sending accounts, inboxes, and sequences.
• Load and validate contact data; QA before launch.
• Monitor deliverability and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate data hygiene and collaboration with teams.
• Provide campaign status and performance updates.
