Job summary

Plum is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to join our team in a temporary role with potential to become full-time. You will own hands-on campaign execution across Instantly and SmartReach, loading data, validating lists, monitoring deliverability, and troubleshooting issues to ensure successful launches.

You will work directly with data teams and account managers to maintain data hygiene, optimize sending volumes, and ensure accurate follow-up routing, with a strong emphasis on real-time

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing outbound email campaigns.
• Direct experience with Instantly and SmartReach is required.
• Strong knowledge of deliverability, domain reputation, warmup, and sending limits.
• Excel/CSV skills, including filtering, validation, deduplication, and field mapping.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, launch, and manage campaigns in Instantly and SmartReach.
• Manage multiple campaigns, sending accounts, inboxes, and sequences.
• QA prospect lists before campaigns go live and maintain data quality.
• Coordinate sending schedules, inbox rotation, and routing rules.
• Monitor deliverability and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Provide timely campaign status reporting and issue escalation.
