Job summary

Plum AI is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager for a temporary role with potential to become full-time, located in the United States. You will own hands-on campaign execution in Instantly and SmartReach, loading data, validating lists, and ensuring campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.

The role requires hands-on experience with Instantly and SmartReach, expertise in deliverability, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and sending accounts while maintaining data hygiene.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing outbound email campaigns.
• Direct experience with Instantly and SmartReach required.
• Strong knowledge of deliverability, domain reputation, and inbox warm-up.
• Experience managing multiple sending accounts and large contact lists.
• Strong Excel/CSV skills for filtering and deduplication.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, launch, and manage campaigns in Instantly and SmartReach.
• Manage multiple campaigns, sending accounts, inboxes, and sequences.
• Upload and validate prospect lists before going live.
• Monitor deliverability and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure on-time launches.
• Provide campaign status and performance reporting.
