Job summary

Plum Inc is seeking an experienced Campaign Operations Manager for a temporary role with the potential to go full-time. You will own hands-on campaign execution, setting up campaigns, managing sending accounts, validating data, and monitoring deliverability inside Instantly and SmartReach.

This role requires direct experience with Instantly and SmartReach, strong QA, data hygiene, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing outbound email campaigns.
• Direct experience with Instantly and SmartReach is required.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability and sender health.
• Proficient Excel/CSV filtering, validation, and deduplication.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, launch, and manage customer campaigns in Instantly and SmartReach.
• Manage multiple campaigns, sending accounts, inboxes, and sequences.
• Load, map, validate, and QA prospect lists before go-live.
• Configure sending schedules, limits, inbox rotation, and settings.
• Ensure pre-launch QA for audience, messaging, and exclusions.
• Maintain campaign calendars and timelines.
